PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE LEVY COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING TO IMPOSE A NEW CUSTOMER DEPOSIT CHARGE INCREASE, AND TO FORMALIZE PRIOR RATES AND PRIOR INCREASES TO METER INSTALLATION FEE AND HOOK-UP FEE FOR ALL MANATEE UTILITIES CUSTOMERS ON TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 5, 2019 AT 9:00 A.M., OR AS SOON THEREAFTER AS THE SAME MAY BE HEARD. THE MEETING WILL BE HELD AT THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS’ MEETING ROOM AT 355 SOUTH COURT STREET, BRONSON, FLORIDA, 32621.

Should any agency or person decide to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, such agency or person will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose, may need to insure that a verbatim record for the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
